NewsWard is a business publishing service provided and billed through HelixDesk. Customers remain responsible for their publications, source choices, editorial decisions and compliance obligations.
Service relationship
NewsWard provides publication discovery, configuration, content preparation and delivery tools for business customers. HelixDesk is the billing merchant for NewsWard subscriptions.
Customer control
Customers select their sources, coverage boundaries, publication settings and publication mode. Customers are responsible for final editorial decisions, their connected websites and compliance with applicable law.
Responsible operation
Accounts may be restricted when activity threatens readers, sources, third parties, infrastructure or service availability. Credentials and access must be kept secure.
Availability and changes
Features, supported providers and service limits may change as the product develops. Paid plan changes will be communicated before they materially affect an active billing period.
